Green Buildings and LEED®
Elsen Energy Consulting designed and conducted a training program for the City of Annapolis's permitting officials and site plan review staff regarding newly-adopted green building requirements. The program covered changes in building codes; application procedures and the review process; green building certification programs including LEED; review of US Green Building Council (USGBC) rating systems, submittals, templates and updated requirements; and next steps for program implementation.
